Our shipping policy

All of our slimes are made and shipped from the UK.
We ship worldwide but if your country is not listed please contact us. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery method & Estimated delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has been dispatched.

All UK parcels are send through Royal Mail either TRACKED48 (approximately 2-4 Business Days) or TRACKED24 (approximately 1-2 Business Days) when you order before 3pm.

Custom Fees & Import Taxes

Please be aware that, due to Brexit, it is possible that some international orders may include an additional customs charge. For more information, visit the Royal Mail Website . Mochi Slime is not responsible for any parcels that require additional postage fees. Both customs fees and import taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Can I cancel or return my order?

We do not allow cancellations. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons. Slimes cannot be returned, even if it is unopened. 

Toys Show Slime is not responsible for unauthorized purchases. All sales are final.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can change your address if your shipping label has not been printed, just email us at contact.mochislime@gmail.com with the correct address info.

I placed my order but I did't receive a confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder first. If You have have entered a wrong email address, please contact us by email: contact.mochislime@gmail.com Don't forget to include your name and the items you ordered.

My package was lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact Royal Mail who is happy to help you finding your shipment.

My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please email us at contact.mochislime@gmail.com with a full picture of the damaged item or and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 3-4 days. 

I want to order over 20 slimes for a birthday party, event or wedding.
